
Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance, Procurement and HR team, helping drive initiatives that support our healthcare services, fitness centres, and community wellbeing programmes. Knowledge of Workday, or similar EPR systems, would be a real asset as would experience in the healthcare or fitness sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious, and comfortable operating across both business and technical domains.
As our Senior Business Analyst, you will:
Lead end‑to‑end analysis, defining scope, requirements, and clear outcomes
Shape solution options and guide design decisions with product, architecture, and engineering teams
Produce high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting artefacts
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Run workshops and decision‑making sessions
Communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
Analyse data to validate assumptions and inform design
Create data mappings, interface specs, and end‑to‑end process views
Understand system interactions, dependencies, and constraints
Mentor junior BAs and champion best practice
Improve BA standards, templates, and ways of working
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience
Skills & Experience
Essential
3+ years BA experience delivering complex, multi‑system change
Experience working with Workday or a similar ERP platform
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and solution shaping
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong understanding of data flows and integrations
Familiarity with APIs, ETL, and data architecture concepts
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and LucidChart (or equivalent)
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, fitness or charitable sectors
