Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements for complex initiatives, evaluates end‑to‑end processes, and provides strategic insight to business partners. This role drives cross‑functional collaboration, resolves competing priorities, and shapes recommendations that improve outcomes across the organization.

What You'll Do

Complex Requirements Leadership

• Lead requirements for cross‑functional or high‑impact initiatives.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and clarify scope.
• Ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.

Process Redesign & Optimization

• Evaluate and redesign complex, interconnected processes.
• Recommend improvements that align with broader strategic goals.
• Facilitate testing and refinement of process changes.

Strategic Analysis & Advisory

• Analyze multifaceted data sets to uncover meaningful insights.
• Develop business cases or impact assessments.
• Advise leaders on risks, options, and tradeoffs.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, analytics or related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience of business analysis experience with proven success leading requirements on complex or enterprise‑level projects and experience partnering with mid‑to‑senior leaders.
• Advanced facilitation and negotiation.
• Systems thinking across multiple stakeholders and processes.
• Ability to synthesize large or ambiguous data sets.
• Clear storytelling using structured analysis.
• Strong influencing and advisory capabilities.
