As a Senior Business Analyst, your key objectives will be to:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and challenges.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

2. User Storyboarding & Documentation

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and workflows using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Create user storyboards and flow diagrams to visually represent system interactions and end-user journeys.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment from ideation to delivery.

3. Solution Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Support QA and UAT phases by validating test cases and ensuring feature completeness.

4. Process Analysis & Optimization

• Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Propose digital enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
• Manage expectations and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Knowledge Management

• Maintain and update system documentation, process maps, and user manuals.
• Train users and internal teams on new system features or process changes.

We are looking For Individuals who have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis within software development or product teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Postman.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for simplifying complex problems.
• Experience working with APIs, SQL, and modern system integrations is an advantage.
