What’s the role?

This role is a 12 Month Max-Term Perm Parental Leave Cover, supporting the Everyday Banking Product team with a focus on Term Deposits Based in Sydney, you’ll lead business analysis activities for product‑related change, working closely with Product, Pricing, Technology, Risk and Operations.

You’ll be responsible for defining clear, end‑to‑end business requirements, translating complex product and maturity rules into practical documentation, and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation. The role also plays a key part in accelerating design across systems, customer communications and operational processes.

Hybrid working is available, on the lands of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.

What do I need?

• Skilled in building requirements and delivery within complex transaction and savings product environments i.e Term Deposits.
• Experienced in interpreting product and business rules and translating them into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Strong experience leading end‑to‑end business requirements for product or regulatory change
• Ability to translate complex product or pricing rules into clear, actionable requirements
• Experience working across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal and Operations teams
• Confidence supporting delivery through design, testing and implementation
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
