Job Description

As a Business Analyst for the VestmarkONE application, you will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications, and ensuring solutions align with stakeholder objectives. This role requires superb communication and writing skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving problems.

This position is expected to be Hybrid and based in our headquarters in Wakefield, MA.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary Business Analyst supporting multiple engineering teams

· Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through discussions with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders

· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop functional specifications and supporting documentation

· Conduct requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support solution design

· Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs

· Facilitate requirements review sessions and gain stakeholder approval on proposed solutions

· Support Product Management with requirements input to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization decisions

· Present functional requirements, analysis findings, and proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders

· Support quality assurance activities including test plan reviews and user acceptance testing

· Support the successful delivery of enhancements throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge of software delivery

· Financial services industry experience (specifically in portfolio management, trading, or back office) is required

· Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage complex business requirements

· Excellent communication, writing, presentation, organizational, and time management skills · Sharp analytical mindset with a high degree of problem-solving initiative and curiosity

· Ability to handle changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously

· Familiarity with the basics of XML, REST, and SQL

Vestmark takes a market-based approach to compensation to ensure we pay fairly and competitively. Compensation for this role depends on several factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, job scope and location.

In addition to base salary, Vestmark offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes equity-based grants for all new hires, company-paid medical premiums of 90%, a competitive time-off program, and other variable compensation, if eligible.

Salary range $110,000$135,000 USD
