This role supports business analytics, reporting, and project change management within US Customer Engagement Network (CEN).
The core responsibility of the role is to conduct analysis of information and report generation relating to Customer, Shareholder and Employee business metrics and drivers. As such, this role requires significant attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will be expected to use analytics to support shaping strategies across the organization to help drive results.
The incumbent will also play an important role in creating a clear, effective change management plan for Customer Care Professionals that supports our business aims, our customer needs and colleague value proposition. This successful candidate for this role will be the foremost representative for CEN within project teams and will work alongside other CEN leaders.
The successful candidate will have technical and business-facing responsibilities and will drive development of best in class, next gen MIS and Analytical Solutions for the Servicing functions in US CEN. on key performance and risk indicators, identifying control gaps, evaluating business impact, and escalating emerging risks to senior leadership.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Monitor and report on key performance and risk indicators, identifying control gaps, evaluating business impact, and escalating emerging risks to senior leadership.
Lead MIS and analytics for the VP/GM Executive Office, including creating and reporting performance scorecards for the CEN leadership team.
Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making across US CEN network to close performance gaps
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to visualize trends, track performance, and provide stakeholders with actionable insights across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on stakeholder needs, resource capacity, and timelines.
Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting and presentations (e.g., Town Halls, Business Updates, Monthly Reviews),
Lead and support change management initiatives, overseeing cross-functional projects from planning through execution to ensure operational readiness
Establish and maintain clear documentation of methodologies and target-setting processes to drive alignment, consistency, and transparency.
Working independently by assuming responsibility for the development, validation, and implementation of projects.
Interacting with all levels of the organization across multiple time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting-focused roles.
Proven experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI and AI tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets; knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools preferred.
Experience supporting reporting on performance metrics and/or risk indicators.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to all levels of leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
US CEN knowledge and expertise will be an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), including dashboard design best practices and data storytelling.
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting and analytics processes.
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
