Your role & work environment
An opportunity has become available to become part of the Financial Risk Trading Risk Management (TRM) department focusing on the strategic change projects impacting TRM. The role of senior Business Analyst will functionally report to the Head of TRM Continental Europe and together with a few other change colleagues you will represent the TRM Transformation team.
You will be part of the TRM Transformation team that manages and coordinates various strategic change projects, but also performs analysis and provides support to other TRM colleagues. The team is part of the FR TRM (Financial Risk – Trading Risk Management) department in Amsterdam. FR TRM is a global department within ING, responsible for market risk management related to trading activities.
The core activities of the team are coordinating and managing strategic change projects, mainly in relation to the FM Enhancement program, coordinating QBR processes, analysing requests and requirements, managing other internal stakeholders, all with the common goal to ensure that the TRM requirements are timely and completely delivered by the various ongoing change programs. Next to this, you will challenge the status quo and continuously look for improvements related to processes and systems.
