Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements.
Collaborates with internal customers and IT project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using appropriate tools, models, and methodologies.
Participates in design sessions, providing inputs for moderate to complex software solutions.
Translates non-technical business needs into detailed technical requirements for system development and implementation.
Documents business challenges, requirements, and processes using strong analytical techniques and industry best practices.
Conducts proactive research to recommend and align solutions with current best practices and organizational goals.
Represents the Business Analysis function to drive continuous improvement in IT processes and delivery.
Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and frameworks
Experience working with IT architecture, strategy, and enterprise systems
Sound knowledge of SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation
High-level understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications, processes, and technologies
Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
