We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple, concurrent healthcare transformation initiatives within a complex, enterprise environment. This contract opportunity offers a $850 daily rate (inc super) and requires an immediate start.

The role will operate across clinically led programs involving digital platforms, operational change, and integration‑heavy delivery. It is ideal for a hands‑on Senior BA who can lead discovery, work autonomously, and partner effectively with clinical, technology, vendor, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

• Support care model redesign and digital platform enablement
• Support scaling of virtual clinical services across multiple care settings
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and delivery support across the full lifecycle
• Operate in integration‑heavy, regulated, and clinically sensitive environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements elicitation activities with clinical, operational, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture and clarify requirements
• Analyse and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements in a fit‑for‑purpose manner
• Develop current‑state and future‑state process documentation and perform gap analysis
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with product leads, architects, delivery managers, SMEs, and vendors
• Manage requirements traceability through design, build, testing, and deployment
• Support UAT, operational readiness, training, and go‑live activities
• Proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives

About You

• 6+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong communicator able to engage clinical, technical, vendor, and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable leading discovery and working autonomously
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, virtual care, aged care, or integration‑heavy programs highly regarded
• Strong delivery focus with an MVP mindset
