ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will own end‑to‑end business analysis across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including software delivery, compliance‑driven work, and broader business and technology transformations.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to clarify complex needs, shape solution options, and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of analysis outputs and for driving alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the investigation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements
• Shape and recommend solution options, delivery approaches, and implementation plans
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle
• Develop and maintain analysis artefacts including requirements, process maps, user journeys, and project briefs
• Analyse end‑to‑end processes, business rules, data flows, and impacts, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops to elicit, validate, and prioritise requirements
• Support solution delivery through testing, data mapping, and impact analysis activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex, technology‑driven environments
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for medium to large initiatives
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality analysis artefacts
• Experience in regulated industries (telecommunications highly desirable)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and deliver to agreed outcomes
• Solid functional understanding of technology‑enabled solutions and platforms
