About the role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Banking The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in the banking sector with deep knowledge of retail products, digital channels, core banking systems, and end-to-end customer journeys This role involves analyzing complex business requirements, driving digital transformation initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making for financial institutions.
