Job Description

Hybrid position

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have minimum 5 years experience in an Analyst role working on large scale projects / experience in strategic analysis activities.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science, Social Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • IT industry experience advantageous
  • Business Analyst Development (BAD)
  • System development and design (SAD) 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, and articulate product opportunities, combined with analysis of regulatory legal documentation and translate them into business requirement documents with full traceability.
  • You will also need to consider the stakeholders business drivers and find the right balance between regulatory and business requirements to ensure we continue to provide the best solution that drives both the best customer experience and revenue.
  • You will work across a broad spectrum of products and teams.
  • Engaging and liaising with other BAs, Dev teams and compliance as well as managing stakeholders.
  • To define business and technical requirements for project development and ensure that client-centered, best business defined and validated solutions that meet business needs, goals or objectives are implemented to deliver on key projects.
  • Highly communicative and willing to engage with people e.g., Regulators/3rd Party/ Dev/ Testing/ Product Owners
  • Ability to build good relationships
