As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-impact projects across clinical and corporate environments. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes, and uplifting business analysis practices across the organisation.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead business, systems, and integration analysis for complex projects

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions

• Develop business cases, RFPs, and feasibility assessments

• Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, process maps, and data analysis

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into solution design

• Uplift and embed best practice frameworks, tools, and methodologies

• Support large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business functions

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments

• Strong experience in systems integration and data mapping

• Proven ability to deliver projects involving significant business process change

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business units

• Excellent communication skills—able to influence and engage at all levels

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into solutions

• Experience in healthcare (highly regarded but not essential)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
