Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, preparing FRDs, process mapping, and creating wireframes, while working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to turn business needs into clear and effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements clearly
• Prepare detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, use cases, and process maps
• Create wireframes and collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to shape the solution
• Translate business needs into structured documentation for design, development, and QA teams
• Facilitate client and internal workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the project lifecycle from requirement gathering through UAT and delivery
• Ensure the final solution aligns with business expectations and agreed requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, FRD preparation, and wireframing
• Good understanding of business processes, system analysis, and solution design
• Experience working with software development teams and digital product environments
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation for business and technical teams
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, ClickUp, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
