In this Senior Business Analyst role, you’ll help shape the future of our life insurance systems and customer experience. Sitting within the Retail Enablement Squad, you’ll work closely with product, technology, and operational teams to uplift the processes and platforms that support our customers. Your work will streamline complexity, strengthen compliance, and support our continued digital evolution.

This role exists to drive meaningful improvements across the full policy lifecycle, ensuring our life insurance offering remains modern, efficient, and simple for the people who need it most. You’ll influence change at scale and help deliver smarter, more intuitive outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Lead requirements analysis across system enhancements, regulatory change, and operational improvements
• Document clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and data mappings
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design solutions that deliver measurable value
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned and outcomes moving
• Support UAT, testing guidance, and release readiness to ensure high quality delivery
• Provide specialist life insurance system expertise to operations, production support, and incident investigations

You’re someone who works with curiosity, clarity, and care, building strong relationships and navigating complexity with calm confidence. You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and thrive in an environment where people come together to solve problems that matter.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• A strong background as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale change
• Proven experience working across product, regulatory, or platform uplifts
• Confidence working in agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery practices
• Strong analytical capability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Experience working across multiple workstreams in fast paced environments
• An openness to adopting AI enabled tools, with prior exposure or a willingness to learn how they can support your role.
