We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in understanding business challenges, aligning stakeholders, and shaping effective solutions that bring measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide the design of long-term, scalable solutions.

This is your role:

• Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to identify and clearly define problems, opportunities, and business objectives

• Challenge unclear or vague requirements and provide constructive feedback to ensure value-driven outcomes

• Analyze complex and high-impact business problems and contribute to designing sustainable, long-term solutions

• Support organizational resilience by identifying risks and contributing to risk management strategies

• Define, gather, and document clear and structured business requirements aligned with stakeholder needs

• Ensure that implemented solutions meet business expectations and effectively address the identified challenges

• Validate the effectiveness, quality, and cost-efficiency of solutions for both the organization and customers

• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to reduce the likelihood of delays or project failures

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization’s knowledge framework and support knowledge transfer across teams

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members

This is you:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, with the ability to work independently on complex problems

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design

• Ability to identify risks and support decision-making with data-driven insights

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues is considered an advantage

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO equivalent)

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
