👋 What are our wishes?

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with senior-level exposure to enterprise IT solutions.

  • Proven experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

  • Strong understanding of medical health record processes and clinical workflows.

  • Experience in knowledge transfer, system documentation, and operational transition.

  • Ability to write and understand process flow diagrams,

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or digital health programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR. (Good to have)

  • Background in health informatics or digital health systems. (Must Have)

  • Certification in Business Analysis or Health Informatics (e.g., **Australasian Institute of Digital Health CHIA certification). (Good to have)

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

  • Lead knowledge transfer activities for the EHR platform supporting healthcare operations.

  • Document system architecture, business processes, and clinical workflows related to medical health records.

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge repositories, including process maps, functional documentation, and technical guides.

Business Analysis

  • Analyze and document requirements related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

  • Facilitate workshops with clinical and operational stakeholders to capture workflows and system dependencies.

  • Translate healthcare operational needs into clear functional specifications.

Process Mapping & Workflow Modeling

  • Develop detailed business process models using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

  • Create process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and operational models to represent clinical and administrative processes.

  • Analyze current-state workflows and recommend optimized future-state processes.

  • Ensure process documentation supports effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

Healthcare Systems & Data

  • Ensure proper documentation of medical records management, patient data workflows, and regulatory considerations.

  • Support mapping of clinical processes to system capabilities.

  • Assist in identifying improvement opportunities within the EHR ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with healthcare practitioners, system administrators, and IT delivery teams.

  • Provide guidance on business
