leading end-to-end business analysis activities – from understanding business needs to supporting solution delivery,
translating business goals into clear requirements and practical solution concepts,
analyzing and model business processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities,
collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA,
facilitating workshops and help align teams around shared goals and solutions,
creating clear, structured, and testable documentation (epics, user stories, process models, integration requirements),
identifying system dependencies and potential risks, especially in integration scenarios,
supporing delivery teams by clarifying requirements and validating implemented solutions.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments,
experience working in Agile teams and product-oriented organizations,
strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills,
solid experience in business process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN),
good understanding of system integrations and APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI),
familiarity with authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2) and integration patterns,
experience with tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps and Confluence / Notion,
basic SQL knowledge and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman),
strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to work in dynamic environments,
availability to start the workday early (typically between 6:00–7:00 AM) to align with the project team’s working hours.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
