About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide high-level technical expertise across complex superannuation insurance queries. In this role, you’ll deep-dive into product rules, data issues and processes to ensure consistent, accurate outcomes for our clients. You’ll also support product enhancements, system changes, and insurance-related migrations while contributing to a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and resolve complex queries in line with fund rules and SLAs.
• Lead or support insurance-related product development, enhancements, and transitions.
• Identify, prevent and resolve complex data and product issues, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with IT, auditors and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.
• Contribute to insurance-related functional specifications, testing and quality assurance activities.
• Drive process improvements aligned with the Quality Framework and promote risk awareness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to peers to help achieve team objectives.
• Build strong relationships across teams and business units to support client and organisational goals.

About You

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of superannuation products and administration processes.
• Proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to interpret complex technical and business requirements.
• Ability to lead small team of Business Analysts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and risk-management capabilities.
• High attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing business needs.
• Communication / stakeholder engagement across internal/external stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or a related discipline.
