We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, define current and future state business processes, and support the delivery of a high-quality solution aligned with organizational goals.
The product is a benefits content management platform designed to standardise how employee benefits are authored, ingested, stored, and maintained over time.
Analyze and map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Act as a liaison between business units and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (Scrum, Waterfall).
Participate in and facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
Support product owners in managing and prioritizing backlogs and in defining acceptance criteria.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early, proposing mitigation or solutions proactively.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software development environment.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools, and frameworks (e.g., process mapping, BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases).
Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient in requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Experience in working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
