What You’ll Do

• 
  Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX, and development teams to gather, refine, and transform business requirements into clear deliverables.

• 
  Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.

• 
  Act as a proxy for business stakeholders during sprints, providing clarity and immediate feedback.

• 
  Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• 
  Support backlog grooming/refinement sessions and prioritize work based on business value and feasibility.

• 
  Document and maintain artifacts including product backlogs, epics, and user stories in tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• 
  Facilitate workshops, interviews, and journey mapping sessions with users and subject matter experts.

• 
  Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• 
  Partner with QA teams to define test cases and validate features against business expectations.

• 
  Stay informed about fintech trends, industry innovations, and evolving customer needs.

What You’ll Need

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, ICAgile, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• 
  5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital banking or fintech.
• 
  Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Proficiency in Agile techniques such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and journey mapping.
• 
  Familiarity with backlog management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• 
  Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
