Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX, and development teams to gather, refine, and transform business requirements into clear deliverables.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
Act as a proxy for business stakeholders during sprints, providing clarity and immediate feedback.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support backlog grooming/refinement sessions and prioritize work based on business value and feasibility.
Document and maintain artifacts including product backlogs, epics, and user stories in tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and journey mapping sessions with users and subject matter experts.
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Partner with QA teams to define test cases and validate features against business expectations.
Stay informed about fintech trends, industry innovations, and evolving customer needs.
