Job Description


Objective:

  • Responsible for understanding and analyzing the business needs of a solution or a product, translating them into clear requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business requirements to identify the area of improvement.

  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

  • Write BRDs, SRSs, FRSs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

  • Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.

  • Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented business requirements.

  • Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.

  • Support the product manager in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/update.

  • Demonstrate to stakeholders the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks.

  • Periodically report project status to Tech lead/ principal.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience as
    Senior Business Analyst with investment business background.

  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

  • Good understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Proficiency in SQL and database management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in issue-tracking tools, such as Jira.

  • Proficiency in English spoken and written.
