You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst you should have experience with:
Domain Expertise – Exposure to one of the following - Retail/Corporate Banking (Customer Onboarding/KYC/AML), Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance.
Business Analysis & Requirement Documentation – BRD, FRD, Use Case, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes, Gap Analysis.
Agile Methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming.
Data Analysis – SQL, Data Mapping, XML.
Tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
Stakeholder Management – Strong communication with Business, IT team.
Testing Support – SIT/UAT Support, Test Case Review, Defect Management.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Familiarity with BI/Reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts.
BA Certifications – CBAP/CCBA.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
