Are you a Business Analyst looking for an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that will make a difference in your local community?

BSQ Talent are representing a prominent Healthcare Trust that is actively seeking an influential Senior Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in spearheading the implementation of innovative work methodologies for a large-scale EPR Transformation project.

What you'll need

  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in applying best practice transformation principles to drive staff adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience leading the mapping and redesign of clinical pathways, utilising EPR modules for transformative opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills using robust approaches for planning and delivery of program outcomes.
  • Capability of incorporating data analysis for informed business decision-making.
  • Track record in supporting program activities, ensuring timely delivery aligned with Clinical Safety Standards.
