Job Description

Skill Sets

Must Have:

  • Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions (B2B and B2C environment)
  • Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris )technology or similar
  • Experience in agile methodologies and fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge in Atlassian based tools like Confluence and JIRA
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skill
  • Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution
  • Writing Epics and User Stories in detail an preparing acceptance criteria
  • Knowledge of eCom Fíamewoíks like Magento, AEM, Hybíis, Shopify
  • Take care of the end2end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem
  • Working closely with developers and design teams to clarifying requirements
  • Work closely with Product Owner Team, Business and Design Team (UX) to understand business needs
  • Handover elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications
  • Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve

Nice to Have

  • Practical experience in the B2B Industry (optional: steel trading business)
  • Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes

Knowhow on tools

  • Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Hybris SAP Commerce Platform

Knowhow on methodologies

  • Agile
  • Scrum
  • Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce application.
