Job Description

• Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris technology or similar.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Atlassian-based tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution.
• Write Epics and User Stories in detail and prepare acceptance criteria.
• Possess knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, and Shopify.
• Oversee end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem.
• Work closely with developers and design teams to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner Team, Business, Design Team, and UX to understand business needs.
• Hand over elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications.
• Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve.

Nice to Have:

• Practical experience in the B2B industry, with an optional focus on the steel trading business.
• Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes.
