About the Role

We're looking for Business Analysts who do more than document requirements—you'll discover real problems, challenge assumptions, and help clients make better decisions about where technology drives business value. This role requires curiosity, business acumen, and execution discipline. You need to be comfortable in ambiguity, confident enough to push back on senior stakeholders, and detail-oriented enough that nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Dig beneath surface-level requests to understand underlying business challenges
• Translate vague business problems into clear, actionable requirements
• Design solutions that drive adoption—thinking about end users from day one
• Own quality from requirements through delivery with specific, testable acceptance criteria
• Protect scope while preserving value—steer conversations toward phased approaches diplomatically
• Communicate with impact—present to executives, facilitate workshops, write requirements that both technical teams and business stakeholders understand

What We're Looking For

• Business acumen over technical proficiency. You think like a business person first. You connect technology decisions to business outcomes, understand how clients make money, and articulate ROI and business value.
• Problem-solving mindset over process adherence. You question requirements that don't make sense, push back on project directions that won't work, and focus on "are we solving the right problem?" not just "are we following the process?"
• User empathy and adoption thinking. You naturally think about whether end users will actually use the solution. You involve users in design, not just validation, and can tell when stakeholders are disengaged.
• Quality mindset throughout the lifecycle. You think about testability when writing requirements, consider edge cases, don't consider something "done" until validated in realistic conditions, and understand quality is everyone's responsibility.
• Scope discipline with business value focus. You distinguish valuable additions from scope creep, help stakeholders prioritize ruthlessly, and frame scope boundaries in terms of faster time-to-value.

Experience We Value

• 3+ years as a business analyst on technology projects
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
• Track record of delivering solutions that users actually adopted
• Comfortable in complex, enterprise environments
