We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our well-established BA practice.
This position reports to one of our Business Analyst Leads, and you will be part of a high performing BA chapter that collaborates with the business on all technology and enterprise initiatives.
Your primary focus will be driving strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives that support LIC's business objectives and technology roadmap. You will play a critical role in connecting business strategy, customer outcomes, and technology delivery, helping shape future-state capabilities, define complex business problems, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, influencing decision-making and enabling successful enterprise change.
Perform the role of expert, trainer, mentor and coach to Business Analysts ensuring a high standard is maintained with consistency of process and delivery.
Support the ongoing development and enhancement of LIC products and systems.
Adhere to LIC’s Software Development Life Cycle (SAFe, Agile, Kanban, Scrum).
Elicit and validate requirements from stakeholders.
Refine concepts and initiatives for high-level solution design.
Define initiatives focusing on scope, value, and customer outcomes.
Communicate requirements clearly to ensure team understanding.
Validate designs with stakeholders and customers.
Understand LIC system roadmaps and ensure alignment.
Champion effective communication between the business and technology teams.
You are adaptable, thriving in various contexts and handling changing priorities with ease. Your curious mindset drives you to find creative solutions to problems and take on new challenges with confidence. Additionally, you possess:
Minimum of five years’ experience in an Information Technology Business Analysis role.
Experience in leading and coaching other Business Analysts.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
Capability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
Experience with Agile delivery teams.
