The Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst within Next Technology, you will play a key part in a major strategic initiative to modernise and transform our finance systems using Oracle Fusion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Next Finance and cross-functional teams to assess processes, capture detailed requirements, and deliver cost-effective solutions that streamline operations across the business.

You’ll join an experienced, supportive team in an evolving environment where your ideas are welcomed, and you’ll have the space and guidance needed to grow, innovate, and continuously improve our ways of working.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Partner with cross-functional systems teams to capture, document, and evaluate business requirements, assessing their wider impact across the organisation.

  • Research, analyse, and propose practical process enhancements and system solutions that deliver maximum value.
  • Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all system changes and business processes.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment at every stage.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a solid understanding of core financial processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills with a talent for translating complex operational needs into practical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the natural ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A flexible, team-focused approach that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

If this sounds like the role for you, we would love to see your application.
