GVA Search is proud to be partnering a dynamic, fast-growing international FMCG company in Hampshire who is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Business Performance Manager to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of international markets. This role is integral to the International Markets (IM) finance team, focusing on delivering high-quality financial analysis, business insights, and value creation. You will lead the FP&A function and spearhead the development of Business Intelligence systems to support strategic decision-making across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG or Big 4. Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and performance management within a global, multi-market environment. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, SAP BI, and Power BI. You will have a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work across different cultures.
