Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site checks to ensure the building and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational.
• Manage day-to-day building operations including security services, cleaning, landscaping, waste handling, irrigation systems, car park operations, and rectification of defects.
• Regulate and oversee the proper use of shared facilities and common areas to ensure compliance with house rules.
• Coordinate with term contractors to ensure all servicing and maintenance works are completed according to agreed schedules and service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises, including car parks, to ensure cleanliness, signage visibility, and overall upkeep.
• Support budget planning and monitoring for operating expenses and capital works related to building management.
• Perform regular checks on fire protection systems and organise periodic fire drills to ensure safety readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Engage and communicate effectively with tenants, members of the public, contractors, and authorities on building matters, improvement works, emergencies, and compliance requirements, including after office hours when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach to work.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
