
As a Senior Broker, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and facilitation of SOFR options trades. Your responsibilities will include maintaining market awareness, preparing trade-related materials, and building strong client relationships. • Support senior brokers in the execution and facilitation of SOFR options trades across a diverse client base, including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Maintain real time awareness of market flows, liquidity conditions, and pricing dynamics in SOFR options and related interest rate products.
• Prepare and distribute market color, pricing runs, and trade axes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing trading order books, monitoring client interests, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between counterparties.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent, reliable, and informed interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including compliance, operations, and technology—to ensure smooth trade processing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to desk analytics, including volatility tracking, curve behavior, and relative value insights.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on macroeconomic developments, monetary policy, and market structure changes impacting SOFR and CBOT Treasury future derivatives
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in interest rate markets, derivatives, and macroeconomics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and comfort working with data.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and live trading platforms such as TT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on a bank trading desk—ideally within rates, options, cross asset sales, or macro markets. This background provides a valuable foundation for understanding client needs, market structure, and trade mechanics.
• Must possess an active and transferable book of business with established client relationships.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
