Role Summary

As an offshore member of the US RDBU Marketing teams, the Senior Manager partners with commercial brand leadership across assigned brands to translate brand strategies into scalable execution through AIN-delivered marketing operations, content, analytics and automation capabilities.

The role serves as a strategic brand partner and integrator between US brand teams and AIN delivery organizations, driving stakeholder alignment, integrated execution across HCP, Patient and KOL marketing initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary AIN partner to US brand leadership across assigned RDBU brands, translating individual brand priorities, customer journeys and go-to-market plans into execution-ready initiatives and capability requests.
  • Manage priorities across assigned brands, balancing brand-specific business needs, delivery capacity and shared AIN capabilities while identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization and cross-brand learning.
  • Lead and coordinate brand marketing initiatives across HCP, Patient and KOL audiences, partnering with Brand Directors, Marketing Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, AIN delivery pods, analytics, market access, compliance and external vendors to prioritize work and deliver against brand objectives.
  • Champion analytics, automation and GenAI-enabled solutions (modular content, workflow automation, production analytics) to improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs and success measures, recommending operational improvements and adoption strategies based on performance insights.
  • Promote adoption of standardized processes and enterprise platforms (AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC/Veeva) to simplify operations, improve scalability and increase reuse.
  • Establish clear governance, RACI frameworks, handoffs and knowledge-transfer processes between onshore brand teams and AIN delivery organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brand leadership by identifying opportunities to optimize omnichannel engagement, improve customer experience and maximize commercial impact.
  • Mentor and lead a small product team while representing product management in cross-functional governance and decision-making forums.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA, MS or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 - 17 years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years supporting US pharmaceutical brands in marketing operations, product management or product owner roles.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across commercial functions such as Brand Marketing, Analytics, Market Access, Sales and Customer Engagement, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting or leading pharmaceutical brand marketing initiatives across HCP, Patient and KOL audiences.
  • Practical familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms and analytics capabilities, including AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC, Veeva or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience applying analytics, AI/ML and GenAI-enabled solutions to simplify marketing operations and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with centralized/offshore delivery teams and managing external vendor relationships.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders across commercial, medical, analytics and operations functions.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial marketing experience with familiarity in MLR/compliance processes.
  • Experience supporting US pharmaceutical brand marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Experience partnering directly with Brand Directors, Marketing Leads and cross-functional commercial teams to drive brand performance and customer engagement.
