About the role

As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager on a permanent contract, you'll lead the Nordic Brand Marketing team and shape audience, portfolio and campaign strategies that strengthen the LEGO® Brand and accelerate business growth across Nordic markets. You'll turn global direction into locally relevant, commercially impactful plans. You'll also guide execution across audiences, themes and campaigns, while inspiring the team and contributing to the Nordic Marketing Leadership Team.

Please note: This position is based in Billund and follows a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support isn't offered for this role.

What you'll build

  • Lead, coach and develop the Nordic Brand Marketing team, creating clear priorities and strong accountability for delivery.
  • Define and lead Nordic go-to-market, brand and audience strategies, translating global direction into locally relevant market plans.
  • Turn strategy into integrated activation across paid, owned, earned and shared touchpoints, with clear links between audiences, campaigns and commercial priorities.
  • Own marketing performance and commercial delivery across audiences, themes and launches, using results to shape priorities and recommendations.
  • Manage and optimise significant marketing investments, balancing short-term business delivery with long-term brand building.
  • Use campaign and performance measures to improve marketing effectiveness and build a practical test-and-learn approach.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to identify growth opportunities, address performance challenges and bring the audience perspective into business decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships across Nordic and global marketing teams, agencies, retailers and strategic partners to deliver joined-up plans and execution.
  • Contribute as a member of the Nordic Marketing Leadership Team and help guide the function through transformation and change.

Life on the team

You'll join the Nordic Marketing Team within Western Europe, reporting to the Head of Marketing, Nordics. The team shapes audience plans, portfolio direction, campaigns, partnerships and commercial performance. Colleagues work with strong team spirit and a flexible hybrid rhythm. You'll bring strategic thinking, commercial judgement, a growth mindset and accountability, while helping people develop through change.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted member of the Nordic Marketing Leadership Team while strengthening audience performance from strategy through execution. Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help advance audience-led planning, growth across consumer groups, marketing effectiveness and performance management. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, marketing leadership peers, Trade Marketing, Media and E-commerce Marketing, Brand Relations, Marketing Planning and Performance, Sales and Operations, and Western Europe and global integrated marketing teams.
