We’re looking for a *Senior Brand Marketer* who can lead creative strategy, develop compelling campaigns, and drive brand growth through strong storytelling and data-driven marketing. What You’ll Do * Develop and creative strategies and campaign concepts aligned with brand and business goals. * Lead creative storytelling, scriptwriting, hooks, and campaign narratives. * Develop ideas for engaging video and social media campaigns. * Work closely with content creators, designers, and videographers to bring concepts to life. * Review and refine creatives to ensure strong brand messaging, storytelling, and execution. * Develop content and campaign calendars based on trends, audience insights, and business objectives. * Understand and support performance marketing and Meta Ads, including creative performance, leads, conversions, and ROAS. * Analyze campaign and content performance and use insights to improve future creatives. * Conduct competitor and market research to identify new creative opportunities. * Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and communication across platforms. Requirements *3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, content, or a similar role. * Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and scriptwriting. * Ability to turn a brief or business objective into a strong creative concept and campaign. * Excellent understanding of social media content and video-first marketing. * Working knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing. * Strong understanding of hooks, CTAs, audience psychology, and conversion-focused creatives. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Highly creative, proactive, and able to take ownership from idea to execution
