You’ll spend three days a week with us at our Corby Toronto Office, (225 King St. W. Toronto), where you can collaborate, learn, and feel part of a supportive community, while still enjoying the freedom to work remotely on other days. The salary range for this role is $101,400.00 to $126,800.00 Base salaries aredeterminedduring our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internalpeersand against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What You'll Do

Strategic Brand Leadership:

  • Craft and execute annual brand plans and long-term strategies using consumer insights, market analysis, and innovative thinking.
  • Lead the development of positioning and guidelines for regional priorities brands such as Ungava Gin, Chic Choc Spiced Rum, and Lamb’s Rum.
  • Be the liaison with Global Brand teams, aligning visions and fostering collaboration.

Campaign Excellence:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing programs across retail, media, PR, and events, ensuring campaigns resonate with Canadian consumers.
  • Adapt global assets for the local market and leverage opportunities for regionalization in key provinces.
  • Analyze campaign performance against KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations to amplify results.

Innovation and Product Development:

  • Partner with Brand Owners to ideate and bring to life innovative products that meet evolving consumer needs.
  • Oversee feasibility studies and commercialization efforts for new product launches, driving their success from concept to market.

Team Empowerment:

  • Inspire, lead and mentor a team of three (2 Brand Managers and 1 Brand Ambassador), nurturing their growth and decision-making capabilities.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment where creativity thrives.
  • Drive a positive relationship with the Avengers – the Sovereign Brands sales team.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Manage brand budgets with precision, aligning investments with strategic priorities to optimize ROI.
  • Regularly monitor financial performance, offering actionable insights to maintain profitability.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Brand Management within the CPG industry.
  • A university degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • An entrepreneur at heart who is self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • An experienced relationship builder working with a variety of stakeholders across the country and across the globe
  • Proven expertise in brand building, strategy development, and campaign execution.
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to transform insights into successful business outcomes.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, coupled with creativity and strategic vision.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience growing brands in Quebec.
  • Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
