As the Senior Brand Manager OTC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the brand’s presence in the market. You will act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring that insights translate into impactful brand strategies while taking ownership of the brand P&L
You will lead the development and execution of the local marketing strategy and support best‑in‑class in‑market execution Success in this role requires a strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape
1. Deliver Business Goals & Implement the Brand Marketing Strategy
2. Develop Best‑in‑Class In‑Market Activation Plans
3. Build and Evolve the Local Brand Success Model
4. Support Category Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
Success Factors:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Brand Management within CPG or Consumer Health
Proven experience managing analytically demanding initiatives.
Demonstrated success working in cross‑functional teams.
Strong preference for experience across both Marketing and Sales
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Experience developing and implementing effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade fund management and planning processes such as S&OP and Stage Gate
Expertise in improving forecast models, segmentation frameworks, sales incentives, pricing strategies, and reporting tools to support channel strategy execution.
