We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing team — a strategic and hands-on role that brings campaigns to life across some of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality venues. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, operations, and creativity, driving marketing initiatives that deliver both commercial impact and unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
  • Deliver end-to-end, integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-venue experiences
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of venues, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and results
  • Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently with clear ROI
  • Champion innovation while maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously optimise performance

Ideally you have

  • 6+ years’ experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a similar role
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept through to analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic and commercial mindset, with a passion for delivering results
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and natural leadership style
  • A genuine love for hospitality, lifestyle, and creating memorable brand experiences
