
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of the business by setting clear brand strategy and translating it into commercial impact. You will lead development of short‑ and long‑term plans, guide portfolio and innovation priorities, and establish standards that enable consistent execution across markets.
In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners—such as Insights, Innovation, Finance, Sales, and Operations—to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver results at scale. This position is well suited for a strategic, consumer‑focused leader who can simplify complexity, influence across a matrixed organization, and drive action amid ambiguity.
Lead development of brand ambition and short‑ and long‑term brand strategies to drive sustainable growth
Define strategic frameworks that guide where‑to‑play choices, portfolio priorities, and expansion opportunities
Shape innovation and renovation strategies in partnership with Insights and Innovation teams to fuel future growth
Leverage consumer, category, and business data to identify performance drivers and inform strategic decisions
Partner with cross‑functional and regional teams to scale strategies into actionable plans and execution
Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across touchpoints
Identify and develop strategic partnerships or initiatives that deliver incremental brand and business value
Share best practices, strategic guidance, and learnings across teams to build capability and alignment
8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within CPG or related industries
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans
Proven experience building and growing brands with strong positioning, purpose, and performance
Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed organizations
Experience guiding innovation, renovation, and portfolio strategy across multiple initiatives
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers
Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment, and results
Collaborative, curious, and results‑oriented self‑starter with strong communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
