As a Senior Brand Manager for Beauty Care, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and market share for our portfolio of beauty products. You will champion the brand's vision, ensuring consistent brand identity and impactful consumer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive Innovation in product development, marketing approaches, and consumer engagement, keeping the brand at the forefront of the beauty industry.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that build and enhance Brand Equity and Brand Identity across the beauty care portfolio.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative Campaign Strategies, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee Content Creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and consumer engagement goals.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on Identifying Opportunities for brand growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and external agencies on Product Packaging and Formulation development to ensure aesthetic appeal, functional superiority, and brand consistency.
  • Apply Strategic Thinking to market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and long-term brand planning.
  • Exhibit Visionary Thinking to anticipate future trends and consumer needs, shaping the brand's trajectory and ensuring sustained relevance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Min. 3+ years of progressive experience in brand management, with a significant portion in the beauty care or CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of building strong Brand Equity and managing successful Brand Identity initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective Campaign Strategies and leading Content Creation.
  • Strong ability to drive Innovation and proactively identify and capitalize on Identifying Opportunities
  • Exceptional Strategic Thinking and Visionary Thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
