The Senior Brand Manager for Wella Professionals Care & Styling executes the strategic brand agenda across the CEEMEA region, ensuring the sustainable growth of the professional care products in collaboration with markets, distributors, education, trade marketing, and commercial teams. The role focuses exclusively on salon professional products, including care, treatments, and styling across all channels. He/she leads Care & Styling plans and launch calendars; activates ATL & digital storytelling and partners with markets for superior execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong brand-building mastery with deep understanding of the professional salon ecosystem—stylists, salons, educators, distributors, and professional retail channels.
