About the role:

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead product marketing across the MYMC portfolio and turn strategy into action. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the product portfolio, lead launches and partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop go-to-market campaigns that drive growth and real commercial impact.

You’ll work closely with Brand, Social, eCommerce, Finance, Innovation and R&D to bring products from concept through to launch, ensuring every campaign is well planned and effectively executed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complexity with confidence and knows how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

Product Portfolio Management

• Manage the performance of the MYMC product portfolio across meals and non meals.
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation and rationalisation.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to prioritise product focus areas.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to inform future decisions.

New Product Development (NPD) & Launches

• Lead the marketing workstream for new product development in partnership with Innovation and R&D.
• Project management of end-to-end product launches managing the stage gate process across the business to support our Senior Project Manager.
• Support Senior Marketing Manager with product information to develop the go-to-market plans for product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure new products are set up for success across all channels including paid, eCommerce and retail.

Product Collaborations

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of product collaborations, including co-branded and limited edition launches.
• Partner with the Innovation and R&D to bring collaborations to market.
• Define product positioning and brief in go-to-market plans across campaigns, eCommerce and retail.
• Track performance and optimise collaboration outcomes to drive commercial impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key connector between marketing, performance, eCommerce, Innovation and operations teams.
• Ensure alignment on product priorities, promotional calendar and campaign timing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
• Work closely with the Creative, Content & Community team to bring campaigns to life.

Commercial & Operational Delivery

• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across campaigns and launches.
• Ensure marketing activity supports broader business goals and revenue targets.
• Track and report on campaign and product performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years experience in brand, product or marketing roles.
• Strong experience in campaign execution and go-to-market delivery.
• Experience working on product portfolios and/or new product launches.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret data and performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• FMCG, food, retail or DTC experience preferred.
