Senior Brand Manager

Mission Statement

Senior Brand Manager position holder is responsible for leading the execution of brand strategies and vertical integration of projects that deliver sustainable growth in volume, market share, and brand equity. The role translates consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper touchpoints

The position owns annual business planning process for assigned brand portfolio and works cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to drive commercial success while strengthening brand health and consumer relevance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Align with all stakeholders the long-term growth strategy for assigned brands.
  • Lead brand/portfolio initiatives and projects and ensure end-to-end consumer marketing plan execution.
  • Develop the idea, drive the system wide alignment (Idea, execution, KBIs, budget) and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed the market.
  • As the owner of the projects own DME (Direct Marketing Expenditure) management and due diligence related with the projects s/he is leading.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with brand strategy and global guidelines. Drive excellence in digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.
  • Identify innovation opportunities to drive brand growth. Lead new product development and commercialization projects.
  • Track and evaluate performance against agreed KPIs. Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/ /channels.
  • Be the owner of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning
  • Lead the development of annual brand business plans.
  • Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMC campaigns

Candidate Education

Relevant degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration

Capabilities

  • Minimum 4-5 years of progressive marketing activation and leadership experience (preferably in FMCG)

  • Business, commercial and financial acumen

  • Experience working with Coca-Cola system external partners (agencies and customers)

  • Demonstrated success managing large brands and marketing investments.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
