Senior Brand Manager
The role will be the strategic guardian and driving force behind the brand identity, reputation, and market positioning of Keele University’s academic programs. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, translate institutional goals into impactful brand stories, and ensure absolute consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Higher Education sector, a data-driven approach to consumer behavior, and a proven ability to lead multi-campus brand strategies that drive student enrollment and engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Define, evolutionize, and execute the long-term brand strategy for Keele Greece U.L.E. programs, aligning local market needs with Keele University’s core visual and verbal identity.
- Serve as the primary brand guardian, overseeing the approval process for all digital, web, and print promotional materials to ensure strict compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and student persona mapping to identify new growth opportunities and enrollment trends.
- Lead the creation of compelling storytelling assets, marketing collateral, academic prospectuses, and presentations that communicate the unique values of Keele Greece U.L.E.
- Oversee the continuous optimization of website content, landing pages, and digital learning ecosystem marketing touchpoints.
- Act as a key liaison between faculty, corporate partners, senior leadership, and external agencies to ensure a unified approach to brand promotion.
- Lead the branding and marketing strategy for major institutional events, including Open Days, university visits, college fairs, and graduation ceremonies.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Brand Management or Strategic Marketing,
- Outstanding creative judgment with an eye for clean, minimalistic, and impactful visual design.
- Deep experience in tracking campaign KPIs, utilizing CRM databases, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Greek and absolute professional proficiency in English (C2 level)
