Job Family Summary: The Category End to End job family focuses on the comprehensive management of a product category, from inception to customer delivery. This includes strategy development, product innovation, supply chain optimization, and market delivery.

This role contributes to and executes strategies in the team / organization. The focus is on one or more brands, channels, lines, or categories with clearly defined objectives, often at site, country or cluster level. The role involves identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories.
  • Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision.

Job Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier 1 business school
• Prior experience in brand management, marketing or related roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior
• Comfortable working with and leveraging social media platforms for brand growth
• Ability to translate brand vision into effective campaigns and initiatives
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
