About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategically driven Senior Brand Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role plays a key part in shaping and evolving Jeeny’s visual identity across Jordan and KSA, while leading the creative direction of campaigns, activations, performance marketing assets, and brand experiences.

The Senior Brand Designer will be responsible for translating business objectives into visually compelling and culturally relevant creative outputs across digital, print, experiential, and in-app touchpoints, while maintaining consistency and strong brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual identity and campaign design direction across awareness and performance campaigns, ensuring high-quality and consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Design optimized brand and performance assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and other digital channels, ensuring strong storytelling, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused execution.
  • Develop and present creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions for campaigns, activations, and branding initiatives before production begins.
  • Act as a brand guardian by reviewing and finalizing major branding assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with Jeeny’s visual identity.
  • Conceptualize and execute activations, event branding, sponsorships, booths, and experiential campaigns, including supporting print and digital collateral.
  • Design in-app branding assets including banners, seasonal campaigns, app visuals, and gamified experiences to support product and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, commercial, and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver effective branding solutions.
  • Stay up to date with creative trends, emerging technologies, regional market insights, and design innovations to continuously evolve Jeeny’s visual language.
  • Manage multiple branding and campaign projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, consistency, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct quality assurance across creative outputs to ensure all designs are polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, design efficiency, moodboarding, concept generation, image exploration, iconography, and visual experimentation, while ensuring final outputs maintain high creative quality, strong brand standards, and human-led design judgment.
  • Explore and recommend emerging creative technologies and AI tools that can enhance workflows, reduce repetitive production time, and improve overall creative output without compromising brand consistency.
  • Lead the localization of creative concepts and visual executions for the KSA market, ensuring campaigns reflect local culture, audience behavior, trends, and seasonal relevance while maintaining consistency with Jeeny’s overall brand identity and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand campaigns, digital marketing creatives, visual identity systems, and activations.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work across digital, print, and experiential design environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality creative execution.
  • Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or UI asset creation is considered a plus.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and digital campaign best practices is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Gemini, Adobe AI, Midjourney, Freepik AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to support ideation, visual generation, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of AI limitations within branding and campaign design, with the ability to refine, adapt, and elevate AI-generated outputs into polished, brand-ready creative work.
