Nestlé Nespresso is currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening brand equity and leading the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies to support business objectives. You will play a key role in translating consumer, category and business insights into impactful brand initiatives, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
A day in the life of a Senior Brand and Communication Manager
• Lead the development and execution of the local brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local business objectives.
• Drive integrated brand plans across ATL, BTL, retail, trade, CRM and digital channels.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity, positioning and storytelling across all consumer and customer touchpoints.
• Lead media, PR, influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies to maximize brand visibility and business impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category and market analysis.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance and performance management.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, CRM, Digital, Customer Experience and HQ teams.
• Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and return on investment.
• Drive innovation, brand building initiatives and long-term business growth.
What will make you successful
• University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Communication roles.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including direct management responsibility for at least 3 team members. (mandatory)
• Experience in FMCG, premium brands or consumer-centric environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into business opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing agencies, multiple projects and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
