Working in close partnership with the Director, the Global Brand Commercialisation team and regional partners across category, marketing, retail, Global Product Creation and finance, the Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager will turn global brand strategies into clear regional plans that drive audience engagement, brand equity and long-term commercial growth.
This role is based in our London Hammersmith office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.

Lead cross-line-of-business relationships across The Walt Disney Company to unlock opportunities that support brand success, including marketing activity, content exposure, audience engagement and non-commercial partnerships that build brand equity.
Ensure licensing, publishing, games and direct-to-consumer retail are integrated into brand plans, with clear channel strategies that optimise commercial return, retail presence, product listings and promotional opportunities.
Own the tracking and reporting of brand KPIs, financial performance, quarterly forecasts and brand initiative benchmarks, using insights to recommend course corrections and inform decision-making across category, marketing, retail, finance and global teams.
Represent assigned brands and franchises across DCP EMEA, sharing relevant franchise information, tools and materials to support sell-in, partner meetings, local market implementation and regional mobilisation.
Ensure teams have the rights, style guides, branding assets, marketing tools and content information needed to deliver brand plans effectively and consistently across the region.
