Senior Branch Valuer – Northampton

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Valuer/Lister to join a successful and fast-paced estate agency team in Northampton.

This role is ideal for a confident lister who thrives on winning instructions, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You’ll be a key figure in the branch, delivering accurate valuations while also playing an active role in converting listings into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations
• Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of listings
• Maintain and update property records and marketing details
• Develop and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers
• Provide expert advice on pricing strategy and market conditions
• Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with sales teams to maximise conversion from listing to sale
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals throughout the sales process
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Contribute to team performance and attend regular team meetings

About You

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a valuation/listing role
• Proven track record of winning instructions and driving revenue
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Full UK driving licence
