Job Description

Utilizes specialized expertise gained through experience and/or training to support the management of assigned tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity improvements through collaboration with the team. Aiding in performing comprehensive quality assurance evaluations of associate output, including the identification and correction of inaccuracies. Establishes clear instructions, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with department policies and control standards. Maintains a strong understanding of bank product reconciliation. Engages with internal and external customers to identify, research, and resolve account maintenance issues. Contributes to projects related to operational initiatives, working closely other departments, and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Risk Analysis & Issue Resolution

  • Assess risks, proactively addressing discrepancies.
  • Investigate error activity, and implement corrective actions.
  • Resolve systemic and operational issues.

· Bank Product Reconciliation

  • Reconcile reporting and balancing of various bank products.

· Efficiency & Productivity Improvements

  • Propose and implement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects to drive operational improvements.

· Documentation & Reporting

  • Develop new procedures and update existing policies.

· General Administrative Tasks

  • Utilize standard office equipment and required software applications.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of:

· Functional Area Operations & Systems

  • Understanding of operational processes and systems within the assigned functional area.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, and procedures for effective task completion.

· Banking & Investment Concepts

  • Experience with checking accounts, money markets, and certificates of deposit.
  • Awareness of basic investment practices and securities industry operations.
  • Principles of banking, finance, and financial markets relevant to the role.
